Prime Minister Philip Davis officially announced his Government’s newest ambassadorial appointments. While continuing to improve ties in trade and investment, the Davis Administration is dedicated to strengthening and promoting diplomatic relations with other countries.
In keeping with that commitment, Mr. Stan Smith will serve as the Ambassador to the United Nations, while His Excellency Dr. Elliston Rahming will serve as the Ambassador to the Republic of Cuba.
“We are thrilled that two such distinguished gentlemen, who are among the best of us, will represent our country on the world stage”, said Prime Minister Davis during his remarks yesterday.
